Return & Refund policy

Effective Date: February 8, 2025

Customers must email support@4more.ca with the subject line “Return Request” within 24 hours of receiving the item, either by pickup or confirmed delivery.

  • Refunds are available if the item’s condition does not match the description provided (for example, if an item is listed as “New Open Box” but is actually used). Refunds will include the cost of the product plus any applicable taxes, but please note that the handling fee is non-refundable.
  • Refunds will cover the cost of the product plus applicable taxes. The handling fee is non-refundable.
  • In the event of an error or discrepancy in the listing information, and you place a bid, you will receive the item as it is. We encourage you to inform us of any issues so we can correct the lot information whenever possible.

  • Please be aware that returns are not accepted for reasons such as incorrect retail pricing, conflicting information, buyer’s remorse, or sizing issues. It is the responsibility of the bidder to conduct own due diligence before placing a bid.

  • Refund requests are reviewed within five business days.
  • Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be either back to same card if paid by credit card.  If you pay by eTransfer then it will be put on the account as a credit which you can redeem on future invoices.  If you pay in person you will need the receipt from the debit/credit card machine in order to receive it back on the appropriate card. If you do not have the receipt we will put a credit on your account.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Whether the item must be returned will be decided during the refund process.
