Fix4more items are sold as-is with all defects clearly disclosed in the listing. Because these are fixer and DIY items priced accordingly, most sales are final.

Understanding Fix4more Products
Every Fix4more listing includes:
- A detailed list of known defects with severity ratings
- A repair difficulty estimate (Easy, Medium, Hard)
- A checklist of included parts and accessories
- Real product photos showing the item's actual condition
Please review all defect information and photos carefully before purchasing.
When Returns Are Accepted
Returns are accepted only if:
- You received a different item than what was listed
- The item has undisclosed defects not mentioned in the listing
- The item was damaged during shipping (beyond the disclosed condition)
Returns NOT Accepted For
- Defects that were disclosed in the listing
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Inability to repair the item
- Items returned outside the 3-day window
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery or pickup.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds issued within 10 business days of inspection
- Refunds credited to the original payment method
- Store credit may be issued for certain returns
