Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all platforms operated by 4More Inc. ("4More", "we", "us"), including 4more.ca, pay.4more.ca, bin.4more.ca, bid.4more.ca, and fix.4more.ca. By using any of our platforms, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any 4More platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platforms.

2. Fix4more — As-Is Sales

Fix4more sells Grade D (Salvage) items exclusively. All items are sold strictly "As-Is" with known defects. By purchasing any item on Fix4more, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Items may not function out of the box
• All sales are final — no returns, no refunds, no warranties
• You assume full responsibility for repair, parts sourcing, and any associated costs
• Item descriptions reflect known defects at time of inspection — additional defects may exist

3. Product Listings & Disclosures

All products are liquidation, overstock, returned, or damaged goods graded using our Grade Guide. We make every effort to accurately describe known defects. Product photos show the actual item unless otherwise noted.

4. Pricing

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Product availability is not guaranteed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our platforms is the property of 4More Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4More Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
